How we do it
Tile is not in our scope. For tiled showers and floors we bring in a tile setter we have worked with for years and coordinate their work inside our schedule, so you still deal with one contractor.
A typical hall bath refresh takes one to two weeks. A full remodel with layout changes runs three to five.

- Moving plumbing is the biggest cost driver. Keeping fixtures where they are saves a lot.
- Bathroom remodels in Vancouver and Clark County generally need a permit when plumbing or electrical changes. We pull it.
