Roof Cleaning

Moss is eating your roof. Slowly, but it is.

Moss lifts shingles, holds water, and shortens a roof's life by years. Pressure washing a roof makes it worse. We remove moss by hand and with air, then treat the surface so it stays clean. No high pressure, no stripped granules.

How we do it

We walk roofs safely, tied off where the pitch calls for it, and we will send you photos of what we find. If we spot a problem that needs a roofer, we will say so rather than pretend to fix it.

Good to know · Clark County

  • Best done in late summer or early fall, before the rains bring moss back.
  • Pair it with gutter cleaning. The moss we remove ends up in the gutters otherwise.

Questions

Roof Cleaning FAQ

Do you pressure wash roofs?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. High pressure strips the protective granules from shingles. We use gentle removal plus a treatment.
