A gutter full of fir needles is a gutter that dumps water on your siding and foundation. We clear them, flush the downspouts, check the slope and hangers, and tighten what has come loose. It is a small job that prevents very expensive ones.

- Twice a year is right for most Clark County homes: late fall after the leaves and late spring after the fir pollen and needles.
- Gutter guards are worth it if you are under big evergreens. We will tell you if you are not.
