Exterior Painting
Paint is the last step. Prep is the job.
An exterior paint job in the Northwest fails from the bottom up: bare wood, chalky old paint, failed caulk. So we wash, scrape, sand, prime and caulk before a color goes on. Then two full coats of a premium acrylic, back-rolled where it counts.

Included

How we do it
We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore exterior lines chosen for our climate. We will walk you through sheen and color, and put samples on the actual wall rather than guessing from a chip.
Every job ends with a walk-through. Bring a critical eye. We will not leave until you are satisfied with every line.
Good to know · Clark County
- Exterior season here runs roughly May through early October. Book by spring to get a summer slot.
- Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. We follow EPA RRP lead-safe practices.
- Dark colors on south and west walls fade faster. We will tell you if your pick is a risk.

Questions
Exterior Painting FAQ
How long does exterior paint last here?
With proper prep and two coats, eight to twelve years on siding, five to seven on horizontal trim and decks, depending on exposure.
Do you spray or brush?
Both. We spray for coverage and back-roll or brush for adhesion on siding and trim. Windows, landscaping and cars get masked.
