Rotten trim, tired baseboards, or a room that needs a finish.
Trim is where water gets in and where a room gets its polish. Outside, we replace rotted fascia, corner boards, window trim and siding sections with primed, rot-resistant material. Inside, we install baseboards, casing, crown, wainscot and built-in details with tight miters and caulked joints, ready for paint.

How we do it
We favor primed fingerjoint cedar, PVC or fiber cement outside, depending on the exposure, and MDF or solid wood inside depending on the look you want. Every piece gets primed on all six sides before it goes up.

- Trim rot is often found during exterior painting prep. We can fold repairs into a paint job at a lower rate than a separate visit.
