A good floor starts below the surface. We check the subfloor for flatness and moisture, fix what needs fixing, then install hardwood, engineered wood, laminate or luxury vinyl plank with the right underlayment and expansion gaps. Transitions and trim are finished so nothing looks like an afterthought.

How we do it
We install hard-surface floors only. We do not install carpet or tile, and we are upfront about that so you can plan the rest of your project. We are happy to recommend trades we trust for those.

- LVP is the popular choice for kitchens, baths and homes with dogs: waterproof, tough and warm underfoot.
- Wood flooring needs to acclimate in your home for several days before installation. We build that into the schedule.
